The Towne Lake Residential Owners Association (ROA) is the Master Association for the Towne Lake master-planned community.  The Towne Lake Residential Owners Association, Inc. (ROA), in conjunction with the Towne Lake Commercial Owners Association, Inc. (COA), is tasked with maintaining the Towne Lake's premier status as one of the most desirable planned communities in metro Atlanta. This task is accomplished by maintaining the standards of its 20 Member Organizations, consisting of approximately 7,000 residential units, and maintaining and improving landscaping of the parkways within the development to enhance and protect individual property values.  The Towne Lake ROA also represents the interests of its individual communities and homeowners with local, County, State and Federal Agencies.
